Vendor Terms and Conditions

1. Vendor Responsibilities:

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your services or products, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and terms.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and legality of the services or products you offer through our platform.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to your services or products.

2. Booking and Payment:

  • Bookings made through our platform are subject to availability and confirmation by the Vendor.
  • You authorize Company to collect payments from customers on your behalf for bookings made through our platform.
  • Company will remit payments to you according to the agreed-upon terms and payment schedule.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • You agree to clearly outline your cancellation policy and refund terms for customers.
  • In the event of a cancellation or refund request, you agree to promptly communicate with Company and the customer to resolve the issue.

4. Customer Service:

  • You agree to provide prompt and courteous customer service to customers booking your services or products through our platform.
  • You will respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner and strive to resolve any issues satisfactorily.

5. Indemnification:

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your services or products.

6. Intellectual Property:

  • You grant Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting your services or products on our platform.

7. Termination:

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice to the other party.
  • Upon termination, you agree to fulfill any outstanding obligations to customers and Company.

8. Miscellaneous:

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Company and Vendor and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
  • This Agreement may be amended or modified only in writing and signed by both parties.

By accepting these Vendor Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein.
