Travel Documents:

- We are not liable for any consequences arising from clients' failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.
Health and Safety:
- Clients are responsible for assessing their fitness level and health conditions before participating in any tour activities.
- We recommend that clients obtain appropriate travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Liability:
- We act only as agents for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by these third-party service providers.
- Clients participate in tours and activities at their own risk. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the tour.
Disputes:
- Any disputes arising from bookings or tours will be governed by the laws of Nepal, and parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
